At Pokémon Center TCG, we ship authentic Pokémon Trading Card Game products worldwide. Whether you collect sealed booster boxes, elite trainer sets, or premium collections, we deliver your order safely and efficiently — both domestically in the United States and internationally. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle orders, delivery timelines, tracking, duties and taxes, carriers, and customer responsibilities.


1. Order Processing

We process all orders within 1–3 business days after receiving payment. During peak product drops or major TCG releases, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, we always send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.


2. Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

We ship to all U.S. states and territories, including:

  • Continental U.S.
  • Alaska & Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • APO/FPO military addresses (depending on carrier routing availability)

Delivery Time Estimates

Shipping Fees

3. International Shipping (Worldwide)

We ship to customers in virtually every country. Your order will travel either via international postal services (like USPS, DHL eCommerce) or international carriers (DHL Express, FedEx, UPS), depending on your location and selection at checkout.

  • We cannot mark shipments as “gifts” or lower the declared value to reduce fees.

5. Carriers & Tracking

We partner with reputable carriers worldwide:

After dispatch:

  • We provide a tracking number
  • You can track shipping on the carrier’s website
  • Tracking updates usually appear within 24–48 hours

6. Packaging & Protection

TCG products are carefully boxed to protect cards and prevent damage. We use:

  • Protective mailers or boxes
  • Bubble wrap and cushioning materials for heavier items
  • Reinforced outer packaging for high-value orders

High-value or large orders (booster boxes, premium collections) may require signature delivery to ensure secure receipt.


7. Shipping Issues and Customer Responsibilities

To ensure successful delivery, you should provide:

  • A complete and accurate shipping address
  • A valid phone number or email (for alerts and customs notifications)
  • Correct customs information for international deliveries

We are NOT responsible for:

  • Delays caused by customs processing or local postal services
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages lost due to failure to claim from postal facilities
  • Additional fees due to import duty misclassification

If a package returns to us due to delivery failure:

  • We will contact you to correct the address
  • You may be responsible for re-shipping costs

8. Signature Confirmation

For orders over a certain threshold (commonly booster boxes or premium products), we may require signature confirmation at delivery. This helps prevent loss and theft, particularly for high-value TCG products.

10. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your tracking shows delivery issues, or if your package arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery status or receipt
  2. Provide your order number and tracking details
  3. Include photos of the damage (if applicable)

We will:

  • Work with the carrier to locate missing packages
  • Assist you through claims processes
  • Replace or refund damaged items, depending on availability

11. Pre-Orders & Backorders

For pre-ordered items:

  • We may ship the entire order once all items arrive
  • You may request split shipping; additional fees may apply

Pre-orders ship as soon as the product becomes available from our distributor.


12. Return Shipments

Returned orders must follow our Refund & Returns Policy. Before returning:
